Introduction

We're delighted to have you here.

In order to keep our community safe, we have created Community Guidelines for the community. Everyone using Waddle Penguins Island's services must follow those rules. Not following them will result in a punishment.

If you do not agree to our policies (“Terms of Service”, “Privacy Policy“, “Community Guidelines“), please stop using our services immediately.

Ownership Statement

Waddle Penguins Island is a project created and managed by Fullmoon & Sunrise Games. We are not related to Disney Interactive, The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries (next “Disney”) in any way. By using this product, you hereby release Disney, as well as any employees or representatives, from any and all liability, corporate, or personal loss caused to you or others by the use of this product. All help cases can be handled from our help desk ( www.fullmoon.dev/help/waddlepenguinsisland ), our Discord Support Forum ( Discord is an external platform where different Terms of Use apply ) or via contacting us by mail at [email protected]. Public Content

Waddle Penguins Island is a place for everyone.

To make everyone safe and comfortable you cannot:

• swear,
• post any age limited (13+) content,
• post any links,
• participate in or talk about any illegal activities,
• impersonate other users,
• participate in or cause any drama, arguments,
• be rude or harsh to any user,
• post any offensive content such as racism, homophobia, etc.

Advertisements

Our game is free of ads and paid sponsorships. We do not allow ads from the players as well.

User Created Content

Our app allows our users to create public content such as igloos, styles etc.

The section "Public Content" also regulates User Created Content.

Punishments

If the member doesn't follow the stated above policy, we will use one of the following methods.

• Breakage of the Public Content rules or User Created Content rule will result in an immediate account termination that can last forever.
• Breakage of the Advertisements rule will result in a mute, kick or a temporary account termination decided by the value of the certain action.

Note

All decisions of the Staff panel are final and do not need to be followed by the rules in some cases.
