Each of our services has a different account system, that we are working to unify. However, as of right now, you need to use different accounts and management services.

Waddle Penguins Island

You can reset your Waddle Penguins Island password using our Account Management page available at https://passport.waddlepenguins.me/.

Club Penguin Atake

Club Penguin Atake does not have an Account Management page open to the public. To reset your password you need to:

1. Visit https://toolbox.solero.me/houdini-hash-gen/ and generate a password hash.
2. Copy that password hash and paste it somewhere, so you can come back to it later.
3. Open your Mail app and write a new email to [email protected] (or click here) with the subject Club Penguin Atake Account Password Change and tell us your account username, email associated to that account and your password hash.
4. We'll get back to you and verify that you're the actual owner of that account.
5. Once it's verified, you'll password will be changed!

Celestial Penguin & CP Elemental

1. Visit https://toolbox.solero.me/houdini-hash-gen/ and generate a password hash.
2. Copy that password hash and paste it somewhere, so you can come back to it later.
3. Open your Mail app and write a new email to [email protected] (or click here) with the subject Celestial Penguin Account Password Change and tell us your account username, email associated to that account and your password hash.
4. We'll get back to you and verify that you're the actual owner of that account.
5. Once it's verified, you'll password will be changed!
