I forgot my password, can I reset it?

You can reset your Waddle Penguins Island password using our Account Management page available at https://passport.waddlepenguins.me/.

Will there be any custom content soon?

Currently, we are focused on making all Club Penguin Island online features work smoothly. Once we have accomplished that, we will consider implementing custom content.

I have experienced a bug, how do I report it?

If you have encountered a bug that only impacts a small part of the gameplay, such as non-functioning tools or designer issues, please report them in our Discord channel here
However, if you are unable to use, login, or create an account due to a bug, kindly report it by emailing us.
